You will need:
Corn Tortillas (will also work with other types, just wont be as crispy)
(The amount of each of these will vary by person, how much you wanna make and such. Personally, I use 3 Corn Tortillas and 2 Eggs for a hearty breakfast).
Heat up a pan with some cooking oil, medium heat
Take your eggs and beat them in a bowl
Cut up your tortillas and fry them in the pan, until they are a golden color with some brown spots (or to your preference, you’re the boss!)
Pour in your eggs and stir continuously until all the egg is thoroughly cooked
**bonus tips** add in onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach or really any veggies on hand. Chilaquiles is typically cooked in a spicy tomato sauce but I make it this way since some folks have tummy issues. Use ketchup and a bit of hot sauce for a spicy tomato taste!
